During the winter your chalet girl will clean dailyexcept on her day off, normally between 9am and 11am. Please allow her to have free access during these hours. This means bathrooms will be sparkling, beds made, fire laid and a spotless kitchen if we have catered. We do not expect our chalet girl to pick up clean or dirty clothes, do your laundry, clear away midnight snack debris or scrub your dirty pans. If you are part catering please leave the kitchen as you found it and if you are fully self-catered we will leave the kitchen as we find it.
If you would prefer to lie in and not be disturbed our chalet girl will be delighted to do what chalet girls do during their time off.

We ask that you vacate the chalet by 10am on your departure date and arrive after 4pm on your arrival day to allow time for the chalet to be thoroughly cleaned. We will provide a room where you can leave your belongings if your flight times do not fit in with these timings.

As smokers ourselves we never smoked in the chalet out of respect to the growing number of non-smokers who do not want the furniture smelling of stale tobacco. Ashtrays are provided outside and we have a chiminea that you can light to keep you warm and prevent frostbite getting to you before the cancer. If the balcony starts to get overcrowded in this convivial atmosphere we can provide a smokers only sign.

Any damages have to be paid for. This includes accidental damage such as wine stains, burns, blockages and breakages. A refundable deposit of 250 euros is asked for on arrival.
