Nuts about mountains
There are several areas for Nordic skiing and this is a most pleasant way to enjoy the fresh mountain air, you can make it as long or short, strenuous or gentle as you please but be warned the descents are hair raising if you are used to Alpine skis.
Ski de Fond
There a lots of snowshoe trails through the woods which allow you to get to some of the more tucked away restaurants that are normally accessed only by skiers. This is a lovely way to get some great views and a little or lot of exercise at the same time.

Parapenting
There are several locations for parapenting, all offer amazing views and a small adrenalin rush.
Sports Centre
The Palais de Sport is an incredible facility for a town of this size. It has a climbing wall, archery, ping pong, trampolining, sauna and steam room as well as four swimming pools including an Olympic sized pool, pool with slides with a large grassed area for sunbathing and inside a 25m pool and a children’s pool. There is also a library and frequent talks and concerts in the conference rooms above.
