Nuts about mountains
Non-skiers in most resorts are in for a very dull time but here you can chill out around the chalet, meet your friends for lunch both on and off the slopes, have some spa treatments hang out at the sports centre or simply indulge in some shopping or people watching in the town square. Fur coat sunbathing and other more athletic outdoor activities are also popular.
Non-Skiers
Hermes for handbags, Escada for elegance and Allais Allard for quality clothes and lots of small boutiques there is a lot of (window) shopping to be found in Megeve. Plus there are 6 or more art galleries, a small museum, the baroque church, little alley ways and pretty bridges. There is also a big market on Fridays and no shortage of cafes to consider your purchases.

Sleigh Rides
These operate from the centre of town and you can either take a tour of Megeve and its surroundings or use them as a taxi to bring you back to the chalet.
Hot Air Balloning
Nearly every day the colourful balloons float gently past our chalet. Don’t forget your camera.
Spa Treatments
If a gentle massage and hot rocks along your spine is your thing there are several local spas with world class staff that can also wrap you in mud and cling-film and leave you far more attractive than part way through the treatment.
Massage
For a really good massage Satch and her team will come to the chalet or her treatment rooms are just two minutes away (winter season only) and give a deep therapeutic massage, she can spot a hairdressers back from a hundred paces and will get you back on the slopes in a jiffy so long as the doctors are not needed.
