There are 450km of pistes included in the Mont Blanc Pass and there is something for everyone from the most nervous beginner to the extreme powder hound
One of the added bonuses of skiing in Megeve, particularly on Mont Joux, is the choice of alternative routes so that a mixed ability group can ski the same lift while some take a blue, others a red, a few the black moguls and all can enjoy the lovely sunny aspect
There are lots of interesting runs with wonderful views of Mont Blanc or runs through the trees where there is better visibility in flat light

Megeve has a modern lift system with 113 lifts and every year it seems that new ones spring up
Most of the lifts are 4-6 man padded high speed chairs and queues are rarely more than 5 minutes even in high season.
There are no T bars in the resort at all.
Button lifts can usually be avoided except on Cote 2000 where the wonderful powder runs through the trees make them worthwhile

The first lifts normally open mid December and close mid April. This can be very irksome when you can see all the freshly groomed pistes or powder and the only way to get to them is a long hike.
